To meet the ever-changing needs of our farmers, our expert R&D team discovers and develops new ingredients, product formulations, biological and chemical application technologies. To run successful R&D projects and achieve effective results, we value the diversity of ideas, experience, and expertise. In this context, our field engineers and R & D team work closely with the farmers in the field, closely observing the difficulties they face, and producing solutions in cooperation with universities, research institutes, associations, and agricultural experts.
