Our R & D department provides innovative plant nutrition solutions to ensure sustainable agriculture, healthy crop for farmers, people and nature. Our expert R & D team discovers and develops new active ingredients, product formulations, biological and chemical application technologies to respond to the ever-changing needs of our farmers. We value the diversity of ideas, experience, and expertise to carry out successful R & D projects and achieve effective results. Therefore, we work closely with our field engineers and R & D team to farmers in the cropland, benefiting from their insights; we work in cooperation with universities, research institutes, associations and agricultural experts. Our R&D department develops new and beneficial plant nutrition recipes for farmers with curiosity and passion by conducting research and developing projects on data science, modern agricultural technology, soil health, and nutrient management techniques; and improves the performance of the farmers’ crops.
